PLEASE NOTE** "CREATE YOUR OWN" UNITS MAY CAUSE AN ADDITIONAL 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF PROCESSING TIME DEPENDING ON COMPLEXITY OF CREATION.
Shipping occurs after processing time.
We use both USPS and FedEx Ground approx time for delivery is 2-7 business days.
International Orders- Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU)
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any additional fees you as the customer may have to pay in order to receive your products. Please educate yourself on customs fees for your country.

It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. In the event your package is returned due to incorrect address you will have to pay a reship fee of $12.00, You will be invoiced via email. Must Pay invoice within 48 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unless there is an error on OKC'S part ALL sales are FINAL. Once order is shipped there are no refunds for any reason as majority of our products are unique in nature and custom made.
Due to the nature of the product and currently COVID-19 There will be no exchanges on any products unless again there was an error on OKC's end. otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

OKC is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the carrier and file a claim. All packages $100 and over are shipped with signature confirmation and all packages have full insurance. We can not file a claim on your behalf.
